Health is definitely Wealth!

The most precious and genuine thing that each individual would have is their health. So in relation to that, we must take alot of care of our health and we must avoid different kinds of sicknessess. We must eat green leafy foods, do daily exercise and sleep at least 8 hours at night.
We must lessen our bad habits in eating unnutritious foods like junkfoods, fatty meals and alcoholic liquors. Do we need to maintain our good health? Yes! we must. Because our longing in life depends on what our health status is. Unless you do not want to live longer? And because of the continuous growing of unhealthy meals and snacks, we cannot prevent getting in to it, so we are forced to eat with it. Maintaining the good condition of our body is a big deal for us. It helps us do our daily tasks more fine and well.
